Your Crow on Our Wall Info

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CROW FOR THE WAREHOUSE MURAL

Every pack in this campaign includes a permanent spot on our warehouse wall mural! Follow these exact layout steps to make sure Jame and the art team can cleanly stencil and hand-paint your bird onto the physical bricks.

THE 4-STEP PROCESS:
1. CHECK YOUR INBOX: Immediately after checking out, you will receive an automated "Mural Intake" email from us containing your official Google Form questionnaire link. 
2. SKETCH YOUR CROW: Grab a standard, square sticky note (any color is fine!) or a small piece of paper. Draw your unique crow using a thick, black fine-tip Sharpie or a dark felt-tip marker.
3. TAKE A CLEAR PHOTO: Lay the note flat on a desk in a well-lit room. Take a close-up photo directly from above, making sure there are NO shadows crossing the paper.
4. UPLOAD TO THE PORTAL: Open the Google Form link from your email, type in your Shopify Order Number, upload your photo file, and hit submit! or simply CLICK HERE to upload

✏️ THE DO'S:
• DO use thick, bold, black marker ink so our team can convert it into a crisp stencil.
• DO draw a terrible, weird, cute, amazing, or funny bird straight from your head. We want your unique personality!
• DO keep your sticky note safe on your desk as a souvenir. Do not mail it to us!
• DO use fun crow or brand words (i.e. CAW CAW, Two Crow Gang, Tiny Crow, Murder time, etc)
• DO limit your drawing to a single crow, not two. 

❌ THE DON'TS:
• DO NOT use pencils, ballpoint pens, or colored markers. Thin or light lines will not translate well onto our warehouse walls, we cannot commit to extremely fine details. 
• DO NOT use text, words, vulgarity, profanity, hate speech, or offensive imagery
• DO NOT trace or plagiarize a drawing from the internet. We want a real creation straight from our community.

MULTI-PACKS & GIFTING SPOTS:
If you purchase a multi-item bundle (like the Dozen Pack or Mystery Box) or a high-ticket experience and additional crows on wall our system links any and all purchases containing "Your Crow On Our Wall" to your account & order number. If you are gifting a crow to a friend, they will need YOUR order # and email to fill out the form. (or they can send you the image of the crow, and you fill out the form for them.
Below are some example pieces from our art team so you can see detail & comparison between their art & the hand-painted on the wall. Its not a smooth surface, so lines may jitter a bit.
